My son loves it! All of the coaches are great and patient with the young kids. Very happy we go our kid into this program.

It’s a great program to help kids learn many physical and emotional skills. It also builds confidence and offers a unique opportunity for structured activity.

KidStrong Creve Coeur truly stands out for its energetic, structured, and confidence-building program. The coaches are motivating and attentive, the environment is positive and safe, and you can genuinely see kids grow—physically, mentally, and socially. Highly recommended for families looking for real impact, not just another activity.

I HIGHLY recommend KidStrong—not just for your kids, but for you as a parent too. From day one, the staff has been nothing short of amazing to talk to and work with.At most places, you drop your child off and the interaction ends when the activity does. At KidStrong, it’s completely different. The coaches don’t just “do their job”—they genuinely care. They talk with you, laugh with you, encourage you, and even after class is over, they never stop being coaches. It truly feels like they become part of your village. There have been countless days where getting my kids ready feels like a full-on battle. And every single time the staff sees me struggling, they step in without hesitation—talking to my kids, motivating them, and somehow turning chaos into smiles and cooperation. Before I know it, my kids are excited, engaged, and ready to go.As a mom doing this mostly on my own with three kids, that kind of support means more than I can put into words. KidStrong has given my children confidence, strength, and excitement—but they’ve also given me reassurance, encouragement, and backup when I needed it most.If you’re looking for a place where your kids will grow physically and emotionally—and where you, as a parent, will feel supported and understood—KidStrong is it. We are so grateful to be part of this community.

Friday February 6 the 4 o’clock class had the best 2 coaches. They are very patient and show the kids how to do the activities very well.

From the start, every experience has been amazing! The classes are packed with fun activities, including some mental challenges. We even learn how to be polite and take turns. It’s like a complete, interactive adventure, all made enjoyable!

It gives a child an opportunity to do activities with kids their own age, and learn great things, like manners and sharing!

We honestly loved the class. Coaches McKenzie and Andrew were absolutely fantastic. Our kiddo had a lot of fun but wasnt ready for the structure of the class. The biggest factor to us not signing up is the distance. We are about 45 minutes south but what sucks is there is nothing like this down here.
