I love that it's so much more than just the workout. They did memory games and had a lesson on bullying! All the employees were super nice and made sure my son had an understanding of what to do on his first day. Highly recommend!

This was our first class and we loved it!! My son keeps asking when he’s going back. The whole coaching staff was so kind and welcoming!! And I loved that they could move their bodies but were also learning life skills and lessons.
