KidStrong has really given our child a weekly outlet. He starts asking on Monday if “today is a KidStrong day.” We take a Wednesday class ;) It has helped with his socialization skills as well as shown him the fun in exercising.

I rate KidStrong Cypress highly due to my experience as a first time member. The staff is very welcoming and thorough. I really appreciate the encouragement and support from the coaches during Kylen’s first class. I believe this will be a great investment for Kylen’s growth and development.

We love how passionate coach Eli and coach Mitchell are. They really interact with the students in a fun, meaningful way. I love that Kidstrong provides consistency each week- the same coaches allow kids to build a trusting relationship and truly grow their skills. We also love the built in social and emotional learning.
