It’s a comprehensive physical strength conditioning, problem solving educational skills and social skills program. It has really helped my Grandson and he loves it!

KidStrong has really given our child a weekly outlet. He starts asking on Monday if “today is a KidStrong day.” We take a Wednesday class ;) It has helped with his socialization skills as well as shown him the fun in exercising.
