Love the environment the coaches interaction with the students.

Kept us on pause until we could be released from our doctor to participate!! Horrible customer service, our grandson loved the program but we hated the lack of customer service. Sooo frustrating

The coaches and staff are wonderful! My child’s sportsmanship has improved tremendously. The only issue I have is the system they use. When they first switched to the new system it too several weeks to get an error on the paperwork corrected so I could sign it. It also sent me a message saying that my child’s birthday party was canceled even though that wasn’t the case. One week it showed that my child wasn’t scheduled for his weekly class, but when I called the facility they said they could see that he was scheduled on their end.

We absolutely love KidStrong and the impact it has had on our 2.5 year old. We have seen great improvement in focus, confidence, and motor skills, and the program is engaging and well structured. One area for improvement would be class size, as it can sometimes feel a bit crowded. Limiting the number of kids per class could help. It would also be great if coaches used microphones so instructions are easier to hear, especially in a busy class.
