The coaches pay attention to all the kids and don’t let one sit out if they are having a hard day. They make the classes fun and they kids are learning without knowing it.

I appreciate the patience and dedication of staff. Especially taking time with Olivia who is Autistic and requires extra attention.

My daughter has loved Kidstrong since day one and receives amazing coaching from Coach Ethan and Coach Amanda. They have encouraged my daughter and are always excited to see her when she is there. They are really great at getting the kids excited for the class and are as helpful as they are friendly. They have done such an amazing job that I have seen such growth, bravery and confidence in my daughter.

I think this is a great opportunity for kids who need a lot of movement to learn, important life skills, self talk, and build confidence all while moving. I love the idea of the positive affirmations that they have the students repeat back to them at the beginning and end of class. I also love how there is brain power incorporated into each of the sessions.

My son loved it from day one. The trainers are very professional, and exercising is good for his health and mind.

My son looks forward to attending all week and talks about how much he enjoys it. This program has been a wonderful opportunity for him, and we are very grateful.

Coach Ethan has been wonderful to work with. He has helped me navigate the app. He’s always smiling and supportive with my granddaughter
