Because the program is good for the children and the coaches are good and understanding

KidStrong has been instrumental in our son’s growth as an athlete. At KidStrong, he continues to work on fundamentals and strength training that he may not always work on at his sports practice. The staff is motivating, encouraging, and continues to be an excellent source for mentorship. Anyone looking to help their child/ren build strength not only physically but mentally, we highly recommend KidStrong!

Coaches have been very patient, energetic, and kind towards my son and all of the other kids in his classes! I think it’s a great activity to help with socializing and building confidence for the kids.

I enjoyed how patient, understanding and enthusiastic the coaches are. My son really enjoy himself and can’t wait to go back
