I had a trial at Kidstrong for my 8 year old son. The staff was professional, engaging and when they realized my son could do more physically, they challenged him so positively, building his self confidence. We signed up on the spot.

The coaches really make the experience. They bring so much energy, patience, and enthusiasm and are simply great with the kids. My son loves his Kidstrong classes and has so much fun. His confidence and skills have grown, and we have made friends.

My 2 yr old granddaughter loves going to gym. Coach Ethan has even picked her up when she was having a bad morning. She loves him and class. The coaches know everyone by name.

The coaches saw the my son was nervous and didn’t like the louder music. When he got is award for the first class, they made sure to turn down the music. They also saw he was having a harder time with one of the circuits so they sat on the floor and just talked to him.
