My son absolutely loves attending his weekly Kids Strong class. It has provided him with the ability to be develop his confidence and to be more of a risk taker to develop his gross motor skills. The coaches are fantastic! Coach Ethan and Coach Ashlyn motivate the students and keep the kiddos engaged.

My son looks forward to the classes and he loves the coaches. The coaches are so high quality. Their enthusiasm and energy is just absolutely contagious. My son and I are always in a great mood after his classes - it is also a great way for him to burn some energy and get some socialization in as well.

The coaches are extremely interactive with the class. They ensure my grandson is fully engaged and having fun while learning new skills. The confidence building skills are both physical and emotional. He looks forward to participating each week!

The Kidstrong philosophy is wonderful. My child has learned a lot of skills at a young age that are setting her up for success as well at the physical aspect of the class. The coaches are very friendly, bring great enthusiasm and energy and are very intentional with each child.

Demi is my 1st grandbaby who is now 5 but has been enrolled from day 1 of Kid Strong at 18 months. She came in shy and hesitant. Through the years she’s gone through BIG EMOTIONS, loss, happy and sad times but Kid Strong has helped her through each experience by giving her strength, confidence, and ability through the activities and play she experienced there. She is still shy but knows that she is safe and loved and that SHE CAN DO IT!! Also .. girls naturally are weaker in their upper bodies and a lot of the activities that are given promote upper and lower body strength. My only recommendation would be for the coaches to really concentrate on modeling all the exercises correctly and slow enough for the kids to understand them. Not rush the instruction. Quality and consistency is so good for kids. Especially in the younger age groups. (Parents are learning to so they can hopefully support at home. ) I now have my second grandbaby enrolled and Devinn ( 18 months) rules the room She is the a prime example of I AM STRONG. I AMBRAVE, I CAN DO IT!!
