Great program to help build confidence. The group for 5-6yr olds was fun, engaging, and just the right level of challenge.

My grandkids visited and had fun in the trial class! The instructors were high energy and positive!

Staff is amazing. Kind & I know they have my child's best interest at heart. They are flexible & easy to work with. The coaches are kind & keep kids on track. I am pleased with my kiddos experience.

My son speaks in Spanish so far... I was so worry about him, because he isn't attending the school and he really didn't need to speak English. But the couches were so friendly and he were just enjoying the class

I love how this challenges my daughter mentally and physically. She is so proud of herself each time. I love how the “family strong” award is given, it shows her that a present-involved parent is always there to cheer her on. It means so much to me and especially to my daughter!The only thing I would give feedback on, would be when the coaches change the courses; it seems to take awhile and my daughter loses interest. Also, showing the kids what they will be doing by demonstrating would be very helpful. My daughter will hear the count down and is not sure what a push up is or burpee is, so she waits and then does it; because she doesn’t know how.

The coach helped to redirect when my kid was frustrated. That was fantastic!

My grandson Malachi had a great experience at Kidstrong, the coaches were very nice, and friendly. They made Malachi feel welcome, and like thay wanted him to be there. The staff greeted us, and walked me through the paperwork, they were very courteous and kind. It was a Great experience.

It seems as the people hired love what they do!
