Age appropriate workouts for kids that are fun, inclusive, and great for everybody! Those that are there to move and have fun can, and those that are more serious athletes can still also get something out of it! Have already had 2 other people sign up from recommendations!

Zaeden was happy that they were willing to let him join even though it says the classes go to 11 years old. He just turned 12. But he loves going to class and cannot wait to level and rank up as he continues to go to each class.

I was skeptical at first. But my sons both LOVE coming to class and participate willingly and happily every time they come. They cant wait to rank up!
