It is a wonderful and fun combination of physical, social, and emotional skills. It has been particularly helpful for building confidence for my granddaughter.

We live kids strong. My boy became so strong after 6 months. Coaches are so patient and nice with the kids. Love it

My son loves the classes and I love the structure

The coaches strive to know each kid by name. They appropriately and timely offer corrections to behaviors. They assist parents with breakdowns during class. They've always helped correct an issue in the app when needed. The girls have done so well with eye contact and friendliness outside of class as well!

The coaches and staff are amazing—friendly, professional and so invested in the kids and their success. The program is both challenging and reaffirming and we have seen lots of growth and self-confidence. We love KidStrong!
