I like the way they just kept the kids going whether it was physically or mentally

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were a little nervous about our first visit but we had the best time and I can’t wait to see my daughter grow through the program.

KidStrong Denton is a great place with friendly, professional coaches. The program is excellent with emphasis on physical, mental and social activities. We love KidStrong Denton!!!

Were drawn to KidStrong because it's a great positive outlet to burn off some energy. I love the engagement and affirmations. I love that my kids get to participate in some healthy challenges that challenge both there physical and mental strength. My five-year-old typically struggles with following directions and yesterday when the Coach gave multi-step directions, I for sure thought that he wouldn't know what to do and as soon as she said go, he did exactly everything she said correctly. He was so engaged and it was great.

I was blown away by the enthusiasm, friendliness and care by every single staff member. I could tell they truly enjoyed coaching the kids. Everyone I spoke to about the program was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed exercising and learning new skills. I’m so excited we have this program for Denton kids!

We’ve only been to a few of KidStrong classes, but they’ve already helped my grandson feel more confident. The coaches are positive and encouraging, and the environment is fun without being overwhelming. So far, it’s been a great experience for him.

The staff and atmosphere was fantastic. They really made me and the kids feel at home. My daughter came home saying it was her favorite place.
