We love all of the coaches! You can truly see how much they love working with the kids! 💕 I have yet to see any of them just "go through the motions". They all really engage with each child. It's so great to see!

Mostly due to the positive coaching and programs. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and mats are so dirty. I wish they cleaned them everyday. You can see pee dried on the floor and the mats get my LO feet so dirty. If I take my LO to the bathroom in the middle of class barefoot, the dirty bathroom floor gets on the feet.

The coaches really meet the kids where they are and encourage them to participate without overwhelming them

All the staff are friendly. Here's what I would change:- The music is too loud, and it makes it hard for the kids to hear the instructions.- The time between activities is too short, so coaches rush through instructions, which leads to a misunderstanding from the kids or leads to having to stop and re-explain the instructions, which delays the program. Even removing one activity would greatly reduce the "rush".- I would like to see more one-on-one kid activities. From my experience, the kids are all running the courses and doing well on the physical aspects, but they aren't practicing enough social interactions. As an aside, I had a chance to visit a KidStrong location in Austin, and the coaching style was pleasantly different. The coach had a very strong presence that demanded the kids' attention. They sat in circles around him. His voice boomed. He was still silly and playful and hands-on guiding and pulling the kids along during the introductions at the beginning making them introduce themselves to each other. The Denton coaches are more soft spoken and sometimes don't bring the commanding energy that I've seen in other places. Nonetheless, it's been great for our kid, and we look forward to returning. We'll continue recommending this location.

They’ve done a great job of managing the class and being efficient with the time. Encouraging while still challenging the kids.
