The coaches are so welcoming and encouraging. It’s just a positive environment for the kids to feel confident and comfortable. My son loves his classes and coaches! We also love the character values they integrate with exercising.

So far we’ve had a great experience overall. Staff is amazing and our kids love to go. They are always curious of what challenges the class will have.

The class is very energetic and flows smoothly. The kids look happy and enjoying every minute of it. The challenges are adequate and there is always a modification for the ones who need it. Last but not least, everyone is respectful.

They don’t just learn physical skills; they’ve grown in confidence, teamwork, problem-solving, and overall strength. Call Amanda and the staff and Alyssa have been great. Definitely recommend this location. They are the best.
