From the moment we walked in all the way to the moment we walked out every one of the staff and coaches had a smile on their face and an electric and very contagious positive energy. They were knowledgeable friendly and treated every child with respect and love. My son completely loved it. Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to. The classes were very engaging for both my son and myself.

It’s a family oriented environment that fosters life skills with health and fitness. My son is one of the oldest members and enjoys every single session. All of the coaches are awesome and care for every single child.

I love the program, I love how my kid feels when she leaves her class. My constructive feedback is only that id wish coaches would correct her form in the exercises she may be doing incorrectly so that she gets the most out of it.
