I am not able to figure out how to book make up classes. I’ve watched the videos and still can’t figure out how to do it. I think my kids probably have about 50 make up classes each.

Kidstrong offers something that I've never seen in a children's class before. It encourages social skills that get lost in this tech age. It encourages cheering on classmates which for me raising a daughter is especially important as I empower her to cheer on other girls rather than compare. It will help her become stronger which will build her confidence. It helps to build her inner voice "I am strong. I am brave. I can do this." She is learning skills like waiting her turn, sitting patiently and listening to directions. The coaches were fun and engaging and they kept the class moving. The design of the gym is also empowering. It is basically a gym for kids. The MVP recognition at the end is wonderful. Kidstrong filled a gap in the world of children's classes.

Maya loves it, and I enjoy brining her. I feel that she and I can form relationships with the coaches and staff that make our experience even better.

Coaches are great, we love the way they get to know and call each child by name, even right when the enter building/class

It has been a very positive experience from the beginning. The first trail class my daughter said she loves this. That sealed the deal for me. She is staying active, the teachers are engaging, they don't let her get away with doing the moves wrong which i love. I can see her get stronger each class and I am glad I found this and signed up.

Love all the coaches

My son has been attending Kidstrong for almost two years now and I see a great impact that this class has had on him. He joined his first independent class and with the guidance of Coach Logan & Coach Mikey he really excelled. From the staff to the families involved, it’s truly been a delight to watch my son grow in the Kidstrong community.
