KidStrong has been an incredible experience for our son. We’ve seen noticeable improvements in his body control, coordination, and overall confidence in everyday activities. The coaches do a fantastic job of making learning fun while challenging the kids to grow.One of our favorite parts is how the KidStrong lessons extend beyond the gym. We find ourselves using the KidStrong mantra multiple times each week, and it’s become a great tool for encouraging confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset at home.We’re so proud of the progress he has made and highly recommend KidStrong to any parent looking to help their child build confidence, strength, and life skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Every coach I have encountered has been friendly to the students attending the classes. They give direction without making anyone feel singled out

In general the coaches are wonderful but some times they are not paying attention to kids to make sure that they are doing exercises correctly. Because of that I saw that some kids are not even paying attention and doing what they think right, and then that affects my kid the participation. In addition, I still can’t figure out what the system for coaches award, I understand that you want to encourage kids are new and came back again etc., but there were times that kids were did not follow direction and getting the award. That discourages kids like mine who follow the direction and doing to right. It’s negative reinforcements. Otherwise, we love love love the center and everyone.

It has helped my 6, now 7 year old TREMENDOUSLY with confidence, special awareness and general strength! We can’t believe his improvement in such a fun way. He loves Kidstrong!

What do you mean by Member App? Sorry, not so sure what it is so I answered neutral.We had an amazingly positive experience at KidStrong. It was really hard to find information about what KidStrong is all about online, and the reels and YouTube videos didn't do it justice. Wesley participated in the Grocery activity for chores, lived the team game. Also loved how they greeted with a handshake and eye contact, learned about self control ... I almost compare it to the respect you want from Karate with gym aspects but absolutely loved the teamwork and respect to coaches and peers.I did get a lot of information from the front desk but not all my questions were answered but someone followed up this morning to help clarify the 5 credits.

The staff are amazing. My son was very scared and very quickly with the help of the coaches warmed up and loved it!
