My son had a very welcoming first class. He had a ton of fun and was able to try new things he’s never tried before such as walking up a balance beam. My child usually struggles to adjust to new environments and skills but warmed up incredibly fast. I could definitely see us signing up for weekly lessons in the near future as I think they would build my sons confidence.

Kidstrong is helping my son be more active, confident and mentally strong! 💪

It was a great experience. Coach took the time to make the kids feel comfortable and included and kept them involved. Even our kiddo who has difficulty in group classes had a great time!
