Kidstrong is the perfect amount of structure and free play for young children. Our toddler thrives off of the structure and built in explore the floor time. It helps him focus on the tasks when presented and gives him brain breaks also. Perfect combination.

The Kidstrong program has transformed my 6 year old’s confidence in just six months. I am so amazed at how they can come up with so many challenges and courses that make it feel so challenging but doable to boost their confidence and strength!

And I loved it, unfortunately my granddaughters were not fans. I loved the workout and competition. Thank you for extending us the opportunity. Maybe when they’re a bit older. Thank you
