It was so easy to join and everyone was so friendly and made Eli feel part of the group from day 1!

I was highly impressed with our trial class. My son Wyatt can be a little on the shyer side but he is very polite and has a ton of positive energy so we were looking for a place where he could have a lot of fun, get some good exercises, learn some social skills and feel more confident in himself. We are off to a great start so far and I am super excited for his future classes and so is he!

The coaches are great with the kids. Keeping them focused on the current task. They know each kid by name. They encourage each kid in a way that that child needs at that moment. My son loves it!

The program encompasses the whole child. Mind, body, discipline and encourages working as a team. I have never experienced a program is so well rounded.

I think trainer need to encourage to include the kids who hesitate to loosen up

We had our first trial class and the coaches were very patient and understanding, our son was having a challenging time and had a tough time getting comfortable, the coaches made us feel very welcomed and made sure to check in on Cole an assuring us that this is normal for a first time. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the facility and loved that the coaches took the time to make our son feel welcome.

Just a well run kids gym! Kids love it! We will be signing my son up next month too

The coaches are absolutely amazing and so nice! They really engage with the kids and really help build their self esteem up! They are very flexible and are always willing to help with your schedule. Would definitely recommend!!

Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Kyle and Lexi took the time to genuinely get to know us and our son during our first experience in class.

Excellent first time experience! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. My daughter absolutely loved the facility, jumped right in, and was made to feel very welcome and special by the coaches. Really excited about starting this journey with KidsStrong!
