Fantastic experience for the whole family - great community

Love the mix of confidence boosting with active learning.

Her daughter loves the classes. She’s building her confidence and strength and friendships! With the younger kids, it would be beneficial to cap the class at 10 maybe even 12 kids. Once it gets over that it’s a little too chaotic. That’s usually not a problem with the class she’s in but sometimes there can be a lot of kids.

They are exactly what my child needs. They support his development in every way and it’s always good to get him out of the house and interacting with other kids. They respond promptly to any questions I may have. Overall a very positive experience.

It’s excellent idea of program. I wish I knew earlier. Also showing the video demo was the excellent idea that kids follow along even if they missed the coach’s demonstration. Sometimes, the sounds are too loud for kids having sensory issues with load noise, but not all the time.

My grandson loves KidStrong. It’s challenging and a great workout. He likes the games and teamwork.

The coaches are so great with all the kids and it’s my son’s favorite part of his week every week.

Is a very good place for kids for move and make new friends … My kid love go there

Coaches are great with my daughter.The only suggestion I have is to more closely tend to the kids who get too rowdy.We love KS!

The caches bring great energy every week to make sure the kids are learning important social skills while also having lots of fun. I can tell the coaches truly care about what they are doing. Both my kids love it and enjoy going every week. It’s a great way for them to let out tons of energy while developing friendships and their own confidence. Thank you KidStrong!
