Kidstrong is exactly what we were looking for as our 3.5 year old is high energy. There is structure and structure includes downtime for kids to explore the floor.

I feel like it is a great program for children. Confidence building is my favorite part of the program. Our coach was very sweet and energetic! Our son is very shy and he warmed up to her quickly.

Basically Kidstrong is the way to run a Business of any kind with Great Staff, Happy Environment, most of all the kids seem to love to engage with the program that is set each week. The Teacher there are impressive with the kids.
