Kidstrong is incredible the coaches and program are something everyone of my kids will be apart of. Not only is it like CrossFit for kids there’s a social aspect of it like social greetings and when the kids talk in front of everyone on top of the boxes like a stage. We love the coaches they all know both my kids and go out of there way to make them feel special

Maya absolutely LOVES KidStrong. She is always talking about what she did in “gym class,” talking about what Coach said, and as her mom I can see it starting to build her confidence. We don’t send Maya to daycare, so I think this is a huge step in her social development. My husband and I would recommend KidStrong in a heartbeat!
