My son has grown physically, mentally, and socially. He loves going to Kidstrong and shows off his skills at home for his friends and family.

We love the program how it builds on many different aspects and helps build characterWe love the coaches and the connections they have w the kids and how they meet them on their level.However, with that being said, there is a lot of kids in the classes that don’t follow class rules and disrupt it for others. I personally would like more structure/discipline in that aspect.

KidStrong is an amazing program for kids. My daughter has enjoyed it so much and the staff is amazing!
