My son adores his classes and loves the coaches. W shave had a hard year as a family and KidStrong has helped build his confidence and gives him something to look forward to every week.

Friendly coaches and staff. Clean facility.

Kids Strong is a nice place for children to grow and stay active. I wish there were more emphasis on physical activity, such as having a larger space with an obstacle course or similar equipment.The coaches are very friendly and i like that they do some exercises involving mental activity. The pace is very clean .

Kid Strong has helped keep our son active and motivated, especially during the cold winter months. He loves going and being part of his class.

I love that it is teaching them more than physical skills but focuses on social skills

I rated KidStrong a 10 because the coaches are great and patient. I can see this place being very beneficial to my child’s growth and development.

I brought my son here for his first class with the 3/4 year old group and we had a great experience! Coach Kyle and Coach Mikey were so friendly and welcoming. We loved the affirmations and they even gave my son an award at the end for completing his first class! Very positive experience overall!

We took a break from Kidstrong for the holiday / winter season. We are so happy to be back. My son LOVES the 3-4 y classes and he always talks about Coach Kyle, Coach Logan and Coach Mikey - the impact these men have on my son is so precious.

All the staff and coaches are super nice and seem to like what they do!

It had been a great experience for Ethan. He's made friends and gotten stronger.
