Kid strong has really helped Grayson gain confidence in his ability to complete challenging obstacles both physically and mentally. Grayson looks forward to Kidstrong ever week and always leaves with a huge smile on his face beaming with pride. I am strong, I am brave, I can do this, is becoming not just a phrase but his inner voice.

The coaches and staff are very good at communicating and working with the children. They are patient and make sure everyone gets the attention they need

The activity is great and we are overall happy, I’d love to have a better ratio of coaches to kids in the Sun 12:30pm class so they can better pay attention and correct the kids on the form.
