Its a really great space coaches are amazing I have found and very engaging well run course. I would love it if have more classes offered earlier in days on both school and weekends

Kid strong has really helped Grayson gain confidence in his ability to complete challenging obstacles both physically and mentally. Grayson looks forward to Kidstrong ever week and always leaves with a huge smile on his face beaming with pride. I am strong, I am brave, I can do this, is becoming not just a phrase but his inner voice.
