I rate KidStrong Eagan (MN) so highly because the people who we have interacted with are honest, caring, considerate, attentive & patient when it comes to Jashir and I.I would never forget the smalls ways they looked out for my son and I with trying to get him started. Thank you to everyone who was involved. It’s not overlooked, as it’s cherished forever because it makes parenting a boy A LITTLE bit easier :D !

This place is a gem. Kidstrong is absolutely preparing young athletes and athletic young people for a healthier future. The Watts family is happy to have found KidStrong.

We just did our first trial class, and had a great experience in the “walking-2” group for our son! We are looking forward to being members. From our trial, there are two things I’d like to share for improvement that I hope we will see in future classes. First, I wish the coaches attempted to keep the kids following directions instead of just running around the floor while they were talking (I.e., they said for everyone to get on their dots before directions, but there were other parents/kids that did not enforce this -and neither did the coaches- so the coaches credibility in sticking to Kidstrong’s values plummeted a little in our eyes). Enforcing this would really show commitment to instilling strong character and discipline in kids. We understand that these kids are young, but they will test boundaries and we saw a lot of boundaries being crossed in class with no consequence by other parents or the coaches which was a bummer to see. I will enforce this with my son at his KidStrong class, but it would be awesome for him to see the coaches doing this with other students as well, even if the parents aren’t enforcing it.Second, the kid from my first example who wouldn’t stand on his dot, wouldn’t listen to the coaches, wasn’t engaging with the activities, etc got the “coaches award” for respect at the end of class. I really wish these awards were only given out when earned, and not given out at every class just to give it out. That also diminishes Kidstrong’s credibility on practicing what they preach for us since what we saw/experienced didn’t line up with the “awards” that were given out to kids. We acknowledge there’s more to the story than what we could see in one trial class, but those were our feelings after our first experience at KidStrong.

My 8 year old looks forward to KidStrong every week! She’s met friends and I love how it gets her out of her comfort zone. I also love what they’re doing. It doesn’t just teach working out in a fun way, it teaches kids communication and confidence.
