My 3 year old toddler can’t wait for the class every week. She loves the class and coaches. She enjoys every minute of the class which involves a mix of individual and team building exercises.

We have had a great experience at Eagan KidStrong. We appreciate the coaches knowing our daughters name so quick and greeting her by name everytime we are there. We love when they help encourage her to be independent on the mat & do things without mom/dad next to her. Staff are friendly, it’s clean, the diversity of students is great to be apart of.

We absolutely love KidStrong Eagan. The coaches are so encouraging and patient, and you can tell they truly care about the kids. I’ve seen such a boost in confidence, strength, and listening skills — and my child actually looks forward to going every week. It’s structured, high-energy, and fun, but also teaches real life skills. Highly recommend!
