The staff and coaches are amazing. Our kids love it there and have grown in so many ways as a result of attending. The only issue we have encountered is the classes can sometimes get really big and you can see it makes it hard for the kids to interact and the coaches to engage with them. It would be great to see a cap on classes size (like 10).

We've been going to kidstrong for almost 2 years. And my kids look forward to going every time. They have gained confidence, made friendships, and learned to encourage others.

Did not get into the app or booking a class yet. Some mats had tears or tape on edges for cleanliness. Did not see their process of cleaning after all kids were barefoot. We loved our time.

My daughter loves it. She’s learning about competitiveness, leadership, teamwork, confidence…in a super positive environment. And she gets great exercise doing it!

It was such an amazing feeling to watch my child have so much fun while also gaining important life skills in the process. This establishment also has professional, friendly coaches and staff.
