We first started Kidstrong with the hope of just burning off some of our kids’ energy but after just a couple sessions realized it’s much more than that. We’ve had two kids go through the program and their confidence, manners and communication skills have improved dramatically, plus it’s just a fun way to spend time with your kids! Highly recommend

The coaches who lead the 8-11 age session on Sunday Mornings are absolutely amazing and they have legitimately made an impact on my kids lives. As a parent I’m always looking for ways to teach my sons things that will benefit them and KidStrongs curriculum makes it easier for me and fun for them.

The facility is excellent always clean and it has a variety of great obstacles for the kids. The activities are well designed and well executed by the coaches. I appreciate that they allow the kids to explore while they set up the next apparatus. They take care to remember to use each child's name. The coaches skillfully navigate between encouraging kids that are struggling and pushing kids that are getting bored to pay attention to technique details.One suggestion for improvement is to allow the app to filter for the age range of your kid to see when the age applicable events are.

It was my daughter and son’s first day at KidStrong, and they absolutely loved it! The activities were fun and engaging, and I really appreciate how the coaches teach and give hands-on experiences. Thank you, Katrina, and the whole team for being so friendly and welcoming to us!

I can really see some change in my super duper shy daughter. I’m starting to see her get a little more confident. The coaches are super nice and always help my child feel more comfortable in class.

My daughter loves going to Kids Strong and this has not always been the case for other athletic activities! It gets her to build confidence in moving her body, her mind and better navigating relationships. The coaching staff does a great job meeting the needs of each kid.

Kidstrong is a way to get your children active in a fun structured way and keeps their focus. My child is building strength and balance while having fun. The coaches stree confidence building and problem solving into the activities as well. Everytime I leave I see the coaches cleaning and spraying down the Matt's with cleaner and mopping them up. Overall this has been a good experience for my child.
