Kidstrong is a way to get your children active in a fun structured way and keeps their focus. My child is building strength and balance while having fun. The coaches stree confidence building and problem solving into the activities as well. Everytime I leave I see the coaches cleaning and spraying down the Matt's with cleaner and mopping them up. Overall this has been a good experience for my child.

It’s a great motivational class

It’s is a positive environment. The coaches are trained well and do great with students of all abilities and behaviors. My son loves going every week and gets a good work out too. The only thing I wish they offered was a multipleClasses per week option.

We make KidStrong a priority for our daughter who has Autism, ADHD, and high anxiety. As an individual with an Early Childhood Education degree, I know that the program put together for KidStrong is just as important as the movement offered in class. It is truly thought through and intentional with kids of all abilities. The programming has built our daughter's self confidence, allowed her to move in a healthy way, offered her new friends with similar energy levels, and truly brought joy to her life!! We love the team at the Eagan location. We recommend KidStrong to everyone with kids! Thank you for all you do!

Awesome play with awesome accommodations

Our first class was awesome! Rhea took a few minutes to warm up to being there, but she said she really loved it! The coaches were great in encouraging her to participate.
