Our high energy grandson loves to be physical. This gym is perfect for little people working on their skills. Great opportunity to teach healthy lifestyle while they have fun. The entire experience was top notch! I really enjoyed coach Ashley and Lauren helping my daughter practice following directions. It was an awesome way to burn off energy and she had an absolute blast!

Very impressed with the friendly staff and communication. The class was well structured and kept the kids busy and moving.

The coaches were so friendly and encouraging. They met my son where he was at but also pushed him to do his best. As soon as our trial class was over, he said, "That was fun!" I'm so glad we signed up for a membership right after because the next day he asked if we could go to KidStrong again! Very excited to have this be a part of my son's weekly routine.
