Helps balance structure and listening for kids as they are learning and being physically active. It’s much more effective than just an open gym.

It’s intentional and well-planned but still flexible and realistic for kids. We love the focus on building confidence!

My daughter has gained so much confidence and learned so many new skills through KidStrong. The staff is incredibly nice and sincere. She has loved meeting new friends and socializing in class. We love KidStrong!

Our daughter has been attending classes at KidStrong since it first opened. She has always loved going and we look forward to the classes each week. The coaches and staff make each child feel special and welcome, always knowing everyone’s name. The classes are fun and age appropriate. We love KidStrong!

Great staff even with turnover I have faith they’ll put good coaches in front of our kids. Well organized. Coaches hold kids accountable for their behavior. Not everyone “wins” so this teaches kids how to lose (and win) with grace along with life skills including confidence, listening and following direction.

The people that work there are excellent and my son loves to go!
