I love that it makes fitness fun! It gives my son the chance to build muscle and improve his balance and coordination in a fun way. Coach Cass is so positive and manages the class very well. As a teacher myself; I am very impressed by Coach Cass.

The coaches are amazing! They make class so fun and we really appreciate that they all make an effort to get to know our kids. You wouldn’t believe the number of places where the staff don’t even know your kids’ names. It always feels so personal at KidStrong and we love that!
