We love KidStrong! Our daughter is always excited to be go to her KidStrong class. The coaches are wonderful - they know all of the kids names and make them feel special! I love that the kids are learning communication and teamwork skills. The environment is always positive and inviting! I highly recommend KidStrong East Rochester :)

I truly believe in the kid strong program as I have seen such a huge improvement in Harper’s agility, strength, and confidence.

Love this program for my daughter, would recommended to anyone with kids. Only downside is the class sizes are getting a little too big for the instructors to run the class in it’s entirety before running out of time.
