Absolutely love KidStrong East Rochester!!

Wesley has shown great progress in his ability to interact with other children and understand the importance of paying attention. Week over week, not only his athleticism, but also his ability to control his emotions has greatly improved. He is making friends, learning how to properly socialize with others, and have tons of fun all at the same time! We look forward to class each week, and I cannot wait to see how he continues to grow.

Great teachers, patient while keeping the kids moving at their own ability level. Fast paced class that keeps kids out of trouble.

The staff is amazing and are such natural blessings to these little lives that walk in their door every day! The coaches are unbelievable (especially AJ!) Their patience is to be modeled after!!!

Everyone and everything at KidStrong is great. Although my child doesn’t like to listen to me, usually the coaches can get him doing stuff if he won’t let me help him.

In only a few months, I have seen a significant change in not only my son‘s ability to follow direction, but his strength, his confidence and his excitement to go week by week and that is because of the coaching staff and the programming.
