The coaches are great and stay on task even when the kids make it difficult. They never show frustration!

This is such a wonderful and fun program! My kids left feeling so proud and excited to go back. The coaches were so encouraging and patient!

All coaches are friendly, great role models, and engaging! They are flexible, adaptable, and go above and beyond to make my daughter feel special (but also push her to grow!!!). We have enjoyed surviving this harsh winter with weekends at KidStrong! One issue though…super confused as to who the character Gloopy is??? Like what’s his backstory?

Such a fun place and teaches our 4 year old about so many life skills while engaging in exercise.

Ours children ages 4 and 8 absolutely love it! Look forward to attending every week. Couches are fantastic.

It’s a great, supportive atmosphere. Coaches are friendly and it’s clean. Some of the programming feels a little advanced for kids of this age (1-2), but it’s don’t think the kids care. The only negative is that the classes can sometimes be a little too crowded.

Kid strong has really helped our daughter come out of her shy shell. She looks forward to going to class every week. She would go every day if we let her. She has had a few different coaches but she absolutely loves Cass, AJ, Dante, and Eric! They really get down to her level to communicate with her. They also provide structure and routine, but always leave room for silliness and giggles. We love KidStrong!

Community, communication and encouragement.

Our trial class was great. I like the mind workouts in between the physical challenges.We signed up for 6 months of classes:)

Even after one class mom an I are beyond supper impressed… the skill, communication and team build they practice are worth every second. Clayton wants to come back.
