Family friendly coaching, flexible scheduling and unique experience of physical movement and mental encouragement.Although, I wish less screen time and more movement. I don't follow the guided TV schedule for the class.

They are so helpful and nice and it’s the same coaches most times so they know my kids. They are accommodating to different ages and levels.
