The messaging for the kids fosters self esteem. The only thing I would change is smaller class sizes for toddlers. My daughter is in the 2-3 year old class.

We love the coaches, their energy and that they genuinely want their students to succeed. We also love the location and very convenient parking. Our 2.5 year old is looking forward to every "ninja" class!

We love all the coaches and staff and how they involve the parents and keep the class focused overall! It's like an extended family!

Great programs, friendly staff members, but I started seeing many kids not sitting at kidstrong dots when they are supposed to, and playing with equipments in the back. As my son was one of them too, I started to tell him that's not good behavior and he needs to pay attention to what the coaches are saying, and behave. I think it is okay for the coaches to tell the kids firmly to not play around when they are not supposed to.

For a child on the spectrum who can’t do sports or martial arts Kids Strong is the perfect place. High energy, positive learning and great exercise. All the coaches and staff are patient, amazing and the lessons learned at class are extremely valuable and appropriate.

The program’s focus on physical and mental fortitude is excellent. Seline’s confidence has increased tremendously since starting the program.
