My son has had a wonderful experience in this program. It has really boosted his confidence while helping him build balance and other physical skills. The level of challenge is just right- it pushes him without overwhelming him. When something is difficult, he’s motivated to go home and practice until he masters it. He also absolutely loves the coaches. They are supporting, encouraging, and serve as excellent positive role models. My only negative has nothing to do with the program but with the app when it comes to the free 16 credits. I am frustrated that it has been on me to keep track of them since the app continuously pulls from them first. But the center is great at making the necessary adjustments.

Great program that really forms kids

I think it’s a great class for building confidence and I love all the physical activity and some of the brain work. It’s a good mix. I think my only issue is that the classes are so big so it’s really hard to focus on what each kid is doing and that they are doing it correctly.

It's fun, encouraging and teaching my kids a lot. And they both love going to kidstrong
