Staff is extremely great, especially Thursdays 6:15 couch is wonderful. He has patience and is having fun with kids. i dont use app! Class ratio was more than 15 kids and some kids need more attention (special needs kids) to manage the group. Child to staff ratio should be improved.

What stands out the most is how the coaches really take the time to get to know each child. They provide encouragement when they see them struggling and celebrate them when they accomplish something new. That balance of support and praise makes such a difference.

Overall, the concept is great. The courses that are set up our thoughtful and challenge children. My one main recommendation as an educator would be to stop the class on a more consistent basis to provide direct observable and actionable feedback to the children so that they are tackling each course with greater precision and less chances of getting hurt. Sometimes it feels a little chaotic with the kids, releasing their energy through uncoordinated movements versus doing some increase mental work in order to have more precise body movements. I love the coaches. The facility is very clean. My only recommendation is that we continue to focus on coaching children to do the right things as they move through each course by blowing a whistle and having them freeze, giving some quick feedback and really targeting children to do it again when they are not performing the movements as intended. Highly recommend.

We’ve seen such a transformation in our son since he started at KidStrong. It’s more than just physical activity; his confidence and social skills have improved. He actually looks forward to the challenges every week. Huge thanks to the coaches for creating such a high-energy, supportive environment! While we love the program, we have noticed that when class sizes exceed 12 students, it becomes difficult for the coaches to provide needed attention. With so many kids, it’s a challenge for them to ensure every child is performing the obstacles with the correct form or staying on track with the specific exercises. We would love to see a third coach added for larger groups to maintain that high level of guided instruction that makes KidStrong so unique. Absolutely looking forward to continuing our journey with East Rutherford KidStrong 💙
