We are very happy with the program. I think it’s a great way to get energy out, while getting fitter & stronger. I also think it effectively builds confidence.

My son has grown so much in 9 classes! He has gone from a reserved boy, hiding behind me, to running through the doors to see his favorite coaches! He has gained such a sense of confidence!
