I loved the structure of the class and how the kids have to follow directions but also are moving a lot and not waiting around.

Sebastian had a very empowering and fun experience. He asked to come back so I knew if he was engaged. Even though he didn't know anyone in the class he wanted to come back to be healthy and strong.
