Kid strong was a great way for my daughter to get active and interact with kids her own age while building confidence and communication skills! Would recommend to someone that could afford the membership.

It actually made the girls tired and they learned something kind like holding the door for someone and used it later that day. The girls really enjoyed it.

I love the challenges they have for my child it's not to hard and not to easy. She always looks forward to going each week. I think it could help more if the coaches help and interact with the kids more.

Overall, I think the concepts and skills being taught are very important, and I truly appreciate the value the program provides. Isaiah has gained a lot from being involved. The class times have been a bit challenging for us since he attends late-start school and doesn’t get off the bus until around 4:40, sometimes closer to 5:00. That makes earlier start times difficult.Isaiah really enjoys Parents’ Night Out — it’s something he genuinely looks forward to. I do wish there had been more consistency in the days and times offered. It seemed like they shifted as the year progressed. We especially liked the Friday 6–9 p.m. option, though we may have been in the minority on that. It was also helpful when it followed a predictable pattern, like the third Friday of the month, since that made planning much easier.

KidStrong Edmond has provided us with a great gym for my daughter to work out, learn and be coached thru positive reinforcement.

Normally, my daughter will sit there and cry, we’ve done dance and she loves it, but she still just sits there and shuts down or cries. This did not happen at all at Kidd Strong I think, partly the fact that she can see us right there on the other side of the little glass but also they are moving their little bodies and having so much fun she more just said “did you see me?” The very next day she asked if she could go back. Super glad we signed up because she absolutely loves it!

My son loves coming to Kidstrong in edmond every week. Theres a ton of new skills he learn physically and mentally and he has a lot of fun doing it. As a parent, if you want more of a personal class where your right up front watch your kiddo, then i highly recommend Kidstrong!

After my visit yesterday and seeing the happiness and confidence in my child this program is definitely something that she needed in her life.
