KidStrong Edmond has provided us with a great gym for my daughter to work out, learn and be coached thru positive reinforcement.

Normally, my daughter will sit there and cry, we’ve done dance and she loves it, but she still just sits there and shuts down or cries. This did not happen at all at Kidd Strong I think, partly the fact that she can see us right there on the other side of the little glass but also they are moving their little bodies and having so much fun she more just said “did you see me?” The very next day she asked if she could go back. Super glad we signed up because she absolutely loves it!

My son loves coming to Kidstrong in edmond every week. Theres a ton of new skills he learn physically and mentally and he has a lot of fun doing it. As a parent, if you want more of a personal class where your right up front watch your kiddo, then i highly recommend Kidstrong!

After my visit yesterday and seeing the happiness and confidence in my child this program is definitely something that she needed in her life.

We love Kidstrong Edmond! We initially signed our seven year old son up so that he could have a space to work on strength, conditioning, self-esteem, and peer engagement. The coaches are incredibly patient, encouraging, and energetic. The management is a joy to work with. After only being enrolled for a month our son wanted to have his birthday party there and they pulled that off seamlessly as well. They offer camps and parents' nights out, which have been incredibly well-received by both our nine and seven year old. I happily recommend this to any parent who wants to give their children a foundation of being a team player and to build their self-worth.
