It’s a great place for kids to improve the confidence. And my kid always have fun.One more thing though…Can you please advice parents if their kid is sick to keep them home and do a make up class when they feel better, it’s hard to watch kids coughing and we gets sick and I keep my kid home.

We absolutely love KidStrong Edmonds —and we love the coaches and team just as much! We’ve seen such a positive impact on our daughter since she started. Not only is she building a healthy relationship with strength and movement, but she’s also feeling genuinely empowered. It’s amazing to watch her try new things with more confidence—not just in the gym, but in everyday life. The best part? She’s impressing herself more than we could ever express being impressed with her. Her growing confidence and physical endurance are showing up in how she plays, tackles challenges, and carries herself. KidStrong has been such a meaningful addition to our lives.

It’s a well-designed program. Coaches are well trained and passionate. Cleanness is also great. We understand that consistency will help building up children’s confidence and resilience. But our child’s less than 2 years old and she naps 2 hours in the afternoon. So basically the only options are Monday and Saturday morning. We also can’t commit using up 4 lessons in a billing cycle. We wish the policy for make-up sessions are more flexible, specially for young kids in this age group. We are not going to sign up for now but will definitely check back when our child is older.

It was great to see all the kids getting to interact with each other and the parents. I liked how the coaches really encouraged the kids to do stuff and feel comfortable moving around. I definitely wanna sign my son up.
