We only participated in a trial class but I definitely want to come back. The staff and coaches are warm, welcoming and helpful. The facility is clean. Overall a great experience for my twins. They are providing a great service for our youth. Thank you!!! -amy

My child absolutely loves kidstrong. We have been coming for over a year, he's grown along with the programs with introducing himself and getting out there, listening to direction better and making little friends. He is getting better climbing and having fun with exercise. I love this place and all the coaches. They are so great with the kids, very involved.10/10 one of the best things I've ever taken my son to.

The team at the Edmonds location is so welcoming to everyone. They are all very personable and makes each class a fun experience.

KidStrong has always been a wonderful experience since the beginning of our journey! Dario , Eli and all the couches always make eleyna feel safe and loved when she walks right in the doors of KidStrong ! Even tho she’s in her terrible twos and some classes where she doesn’t wanna participate, Dario and Eli make her feel safe and give her a positive push to keep going and it works !!! Truly I’m grateful for the KidStrong family 🤍

My son’s coaches have been Shawna and Dario and they really seem to actually enjoy kids and be around them. They know the kids names and what their skills are, it’s very impressive.

Appreciate the spotlight on building confidence for kids too and not just hyper focus on the athleticism
