We are very happy as a family with KidStrong Edmonds! From the moment you walk through the door, the energy is incredibly high. Our son comes running happily every Sunday and truly loves it.We were just a little sad after our class yesterday because Coach Dario left our class (Sunday 12:15 pm, ages 5–7) made us a bit emotional. Our son keeps saying, “I wish he would come back to our class.”We hope things will be like before again. Sending our love!

I could talk forever about this. But Ellie already knows how much this place has improved my kids health, mental wellbeing, and confidence. Worth every penny.

Amazing service and program backed by excellent team!

Nope. I was moving

If you assert to help with confidence, then you must consider kids ranging in confidence, and those without any confidence and even social anxiety require more attention/support, especially initially to get the child acclimated to the structure and expectations that’ll be put upon them.

I don’t think so, unless you can change the programming: Fewer transitions would help. Some competitions were not age appropriate and were filled with parents running after their child trying to get them to understand the rules.Get rid of the awards ceremony and give that time back to physical activity.Get rid of the TV activities like learning patterns. Kidstrong is for learning other things.Being forced to pay for Tshirts when we level up is totally unnecessary and feels icky.
