Not sure. It's a good program. She's now in Capoeira and loves it. Dance style martial arts with music, kicking, and acrobatics. Perfect for her. Maybe a dance mode activity?

From my experience and the time we been taking my daughter to Kidstrong , we are so happy each class especially when Kyle & JJ are teaching our daughter! Both teachers put their heart to teaching our kiddos ! And always fun class and always teaching kiddos to not give up and encourage them to keep going !

I don't think so. There was a culmination of different things. We had missed classes due to life, my son had broke his knee so we were out for a month, we had all these makeup classes but could never get a makeup class in, And then the favorite coach left.
