Absolutely love everything about Kidstrong. Everything they teach and show the little kids about movement and exercise. Having them learn new things and speak with coaches has definitely improved my little guys social skills. Every coach my son has had my son has enjoyed and bonded with. 10/10 recommend Kidstrong, my son looks forward to going every week.

I love how the instructors are very aware of how each kid is feeling. They make sure every kid gets recognized and every team has a chance of winning.

Great coaches, great energy, great programming with activities for the kids. If I could, I’d just have Jameson and Jaiden doing sprawl burpees, bear crawls and wrecking balls all day long. LOL.

I really love the combination of physical and mental confidence Kidstrong fosters. My son has a blast in every single class while also getting stronger and building character and confidence within himself.

Courage and Self Esteem are top on the list. The ability to impress herself and be so proud of herself are my favorite takeaways. Here is a more detailed breakdown: Joining this gym has given my super shy 7-year-old the chance to surprise herself in ways she never thought possible. Of course, she’s grown stronger and more capable physically, but what stands out most is how much her confidence and self-esteem have improved. She’s learning to interact more comfortably with others, and she’s even started paying attention to things like protein, fiber, rest, and how they all connect to feeling healthy. She has so much fun with the coaches, and the group of kids she trains with feels like such a perfect fit. She’s blossomed from a child who was too nervous to try any sport or physical activity into someone who looks forward to tackling drills and challenges. The progress shows up outside the gym too—she’s braver at trampoline parks, more engaged at recess, and now has the confidence to ride her bike, scooter, and even enjoy swimming.
