I appreciate how structured the classes are, they’re extremely fast paced so having the structure helps. The communication of the coaches was also excellent!

I like that KidStrong works on the whole child - developing both mental and physical skills. I like the set up of the class alternating between high energy activities and breaks to refocus.

It’s been perfect for my son to learn confidence and teamwork. He looks forward to it every week. It’s age appropriate and very well controlled even with a class of 4-5 yo

The coaches were very informative and nice they made us feel like we knew them for a long time very welcoming my daughter is very quiet and she actually was slowly but surely coming out her shyness because of how they made her feel definitely looking forward to the future with this program !!!!!

We love the coaches at Elmwood Park! They see so great with not just our son but all of the kids! They are supportive, patient, kind, funny, and know how to redirect behaviors that can be disruptive in a way that doesn’t shame the kids.

It’s organized, fun and hits on many aspects, social emotional, physical education, resilience and is appropriate for the age for engagement and short attention spans, the activities are well timed. I like the connections to gym class like fitness testing, and the high expectations that foster independence, like telling them they have to do 25 push ups and assuming they all know how to count, so they are being treated more grown up, in a way. Most importantly my son was happy, and the other students were too, even if a child didn’t like an outcome the coaches kept it consistent and redirected the child quickly, respectfully, and effectively. It was a high quality class and as a teacher I was impressed with all the elements of instruction during my first free trial class.
